Thomas Friedman writes in the NY Times, “There seemed to be a strong consensus that this “blended model” combining online lectures with a teacher-led classroom experience was the ideal.”
He goes on to write about a case study at San Jose State, which saw the passing rate jump from 60% to 90% in an introductory online Circuits and Electronics course.
